By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Preorders

You are paying now for a product that is not yet made. We are planning delivery by Christmas 2026. Dates are estimates; our Refund policy explains cancellation and delays.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. We may cancel and refund an order for a pricing error or suspected fraud.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order where the law allows, with a full refund.

The product and its software

The ring works with a Secondly app. Core features are free. An optional paid subscription tier may be offered; its price, contents and billing terms will be shown before you choose it. Features may change as software is updated.

Using the ring

Use the ring and app lawfully, including laws about recording other people. You are responsible for getting consent where it is required.

Liability

Except where the law does not allow it, the product and website are provided "as is", and our liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Intellectual property

The website, brand and software belong to Interfaces Inc or its licensors. Please do not copy or resell them without permission.
